Student or Young Professional looking for Trainee Position

The Opportunity of a Lifetime

SACC-USA’s Trainee Program gives trainees an excellent opportunity to enhance their skills in their chosen careers, learn how to conduct business in an American business environment, get acquainted with American customs and culture, and start building personal international networks.

Benefits to the Trainee

  • Put theory into practice. Trainees will be able to put theory in their specific field into practice and can compare differences between the U.S. and Sweden.
  • American business experience. The trainees will learn firsthand how business is conducted in the U.S.
  • English language skills. Trainees will further enhance their English language capabilities, both general business-English and as it relates to their specific field.
  • Competitive advantage. Having international experience, trainees will immediately gain an advantage over their peers in the Swedish job market.
  • Appreciation for cultural differences. As trainees are exposed to differences between American and Swedish society, they will start developing an appreciation for cultural differences and become adept at cross-cultural communication – a trait that will be invaluable in their future international careers.
  • International network. Trainees will start building a personal international support network.
  • It’s easy. SACC-USA guides trainees through the application process and assists with the necessary documentation making the entire process easy and fast.
